What are the requirements to enroll in DNA-U?

We require a minimum of an Associate’s in Arts degree or higher in the United States. We will also accept an equivalency of work experience on a case-by-case basis.

How do I get and download my certificate?
Certificates are available from your course dashboard by clicking My Account in the top right corner. You will then click Certificates from the left side menu to view or download. Any edits required can be requested through the contact form. We can also provide a pdf. via email if requested.

When are the live Genomics In Practice webinars for students/practitioners?

The 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month at 6:00 pm ET. Email invites are sent prior to each webinar.

How do I access all the resources available to practitioners?

Log in to your Student Area and you will find all the resources available there.

How do I register to get a practitioner’s account (i.e., get DNA Co’s tests wholesale)?
Complete the account registration here: https://clients.thednacompany.com/login.aspx?i=expired&return=%2fprovider-list.aspx. Once the account is opened, you can log in to place wholesale orders.
Will I have access to live support during the course?

Yes. As a student, you’ll have the opportunity to book live Office Hours with the Dean. A scheduling calendar is available inside the Student Area, making it easy to reserve time for guidance, questions, and case support as you move through the program.
